Job Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is an experienced and dynamic Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, and enhance patient care quality in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with nurse managers to assess unit performance and implement improvements
• Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Develop and implement programs to improve patient care and staff performance
• Identify areas for improvement and support corrective action planning
• Maintain and manage record-keeping systems, including tracking incidents and documentation
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
• Promote a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required (Master’s preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Minimum 7 years of nursing experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
