What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for Construction Project Management who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty if needed. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to contribute your skills and expertise to drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise demolition, construction, renovation, and repair of residential projects. Supervise subcontractors of all trades (assist as needed).
  • Scheduling meetings with homeowners, realtors, investors, wholesalers, and acquisitions team members.
  • Creating and submitting detailed renovation budgets/scopes of work for review and approval.
  • Hiring contractors/vendors and ensuring the accurate completion of agreed upon scope of work, expected completion dates, invoice procedures, job site cleanliness, and overall great representation of our company.
  • Scheduling contractors/vendors start and completion date to maximize project renovation speed and efficiency.
  • Daily inspections of renovation projects to ensure quality of work and on time completion. Follow safety procedures and ensure crew members maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Taking and submitting before, during, and completion photos.
  • Ability to read a scope of work and review subcontractor progress to determine any mistakes made or work left undone. Ensure all line items of a scope of work are complete and correct.
  • Delegating daily tasks to in-house employees.
  • Completion and submission of Quality Control Inspections.
  • Placing lock boxes on all properties.
  • Performing weekly review of all receipts and invoices.
  • Maintaining constant communication with all superiors, team members, homeowners, tenants, hedge fund managers, and sub-contractors.
  • Weekly meetings with the management, marketing and acquisitions team.
  • Use of tools and working with your hands when needed to punch out a project. Perform general labor tasks, including clean up, lifting, carrying, moving materials, and any other tasks required to advance our construction projects.
  • Ability to use a computer and complete basic administrative tasks
  • Miscellaneous emergency problem solving.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment and alone.

- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
