Director of Human Resources- Build it. Own it. Scale it.

We’re partnered with an industry-leading medical device company just North and West of Philadelphia, entering a major growth phase; they need a hands-on HR leader who can build and shape an organization.

This is a true seat at the table with the CEO. You’ll define the people strategy, upgrade talent, and install a high-performance culture that actually drives results.

This position will pay between 160-175K on a base salary

What You’ll Do

  • Turn HR into a competitive advantage
  • Build and execute a people strategy tied to growth
  • Lead hiring, performance, comp, and compliance

  • Drive accountability, talent upgrades, and faster decisions

What You Bring to the Role

  • 7+ years of HR leadership experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related discipline required, Master's degree and/or SHRM Certification Preferred
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Builder mindset—you execute, not over-engineer
  • Strong business acumen and leadership presence
