Job Responsibilities: Maintain, repair, and install HVAC system controls - Maintain, repair and install digital and pneumatic controls. Maintain and repair boiler and chiller controls. Maintain, repair and install fluid system lines - Maintain, repair and install hot and chilled water, vapor, gas and other fluid system lines. Estimate jobs - To estimate the costs of material and labor needed for jobs. Maintain inventory - To maintain a proper inventory of repairs parts and tools necessary to complete commonly performed jobs.
