Job Description

Popa’s Auto Sales is seeking a driven, self-motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about helping customers while achieving strong sales performance.

This is not a passive role — we are looking for a true self-starter who follows up, builds relationships, and consistently works toward closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
  • Convert prospects into appointments and vehicle sales
  • Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up with all customers
  • Build strong customer relationships through trust and communication
  • Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
  • Present financing options and guide customers through the process
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Stay up to date with inventory, promotions, and financing programs
  • Follow dealership processes and scripts to maximize conversions
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
  • Self-starter mentality (must take initiative and be proactive)
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Positive attitude with high energy
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales or automotive experience preferred (not required — we will train the right candidate)
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
  • Saturdays are REQUIRED

Pay: $31,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
