Production Supervisor

Large manufacturer and distributor of premium Asian-inspired food is hiring for a Production Supervisor for their operations team. They develop and supply product for some of the leading retailers, wholesalers, and branded Asian-appetizer businesses. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time output
• Lead, train, and manage production staff, ensuring adherence to food safety (GMP, HACCP) and workplace safety standards
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with regulatory and company food safety requirements
• Plan and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
• Assign tasks, track performance, and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Ensure proper use, readiness, and basic maintenance of production equipment
• Maintain accurate production, safety, and attendance records; track key performance metrics (KPIs)
• Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with management to resolve them quickly
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
