Available Career Tracks We are currently building a talent pipeline for the following high-level roles:
- The Technical Backbone (1st Shift): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Focus on multi-axis, twin-spindle, and twin-turret centers. Ideal for those who enjoy mentoring and process optimization.
- The Weekend Warrior (Day Shift): Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Earn a full week's outlook in just three days. Focus on HMC (Makino/Mazak) and VTL equipment with high autonomy.
- The Precision Specialist (Swiss II): Focus on high-complexity Swiss-style machining. Ideal for Machinists with 2+ years of experience ready to move into advanced setups and micro-tolerances.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities - Advanced Setup & Operation: Perform complex setups for horizontal/vertical milling, mill/turn centers, or Swiss machines with minimal to zero supervision.
- Programming & Optimization: Edit G-code at the controller to improve cycle times, adjust offsets, and maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Quality Mastery: Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T; perform first-article inspections using micrometers, bore gauges, and microscopes.
- Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert for less-experienced operators and maintain shop standards for safety and 5S.
- Process Management: Select optimal tooling, determine machining sequences, and manage tool life strategies to prevent scrap.
What You Bring to the Table - Experience: 5–10 years for Level III/Lead roles; 2+ years for Level II/Swiss roles.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in multi-axis setup, tool presetting, and probing routines (Renishaw or similar).
- Education: Associate or Technical Degree in Machining preferred, or equivalent high-level shop experience.
- Physical Ability: Capability to stand for 8–12 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Soft Skills: A culture-first mindset—honesty, accountability, and a desire to mentor others.
