Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Manager / Recruiter to lead business development for our sister company, Complete Staff/West Allis, while managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both building client relationships and placing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic staffing solutions
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track activity and manage pipeline using internal systems
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales/recruiting goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with cold calling and business development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
