🌿 Maternity Cover ECE Teacher Position TKC Are you a qualified and registered Early Childhood Teacher with a love for the outdoors, a heart for tamariki, and a strong respect for te ao Māori? We’re on the lookout for a passionate and nurturing teacher to join our whānau on a maternity cover fixed term contract. 🧡 About Us: Taupo Kids Community is a non-for-profit organization that sits right beside the Waikato River. We are a small mixed-age centre licensed for 45 tamariki a day and known for our incredible outdoor space. Our philosophy is built around meaningful relationships, a strong sense of belonging, and child-led learning through nature and play. We believe that tamariki thrive when they are given the time, space and connection to explore the natural world. Our kaupapa centres around building confident, curious learners through play, respect, and meaningful relationships. We celebrate whanaungatanga and work together as a team to create a calm, inclusive, and joyful learning environment for our tamariki. 🌱 The Role: This is a fixed-term position covering a maternity leave, ideal for someone experienced in ECE.
