Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at CoverMyMeds LLC, you will be the first point of contact for healthcare providers, pharmacies, and patients, assisting them with questions and issues related to our medication prior authorization platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our users, directly impacting patient access to necessary medications.
Job Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries regarding CoverMyMeds products and services.
* Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
* Identify and escalate critical issues to appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new features and changes.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Contribute to a positive team environment and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to empathize and build rapport.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independently.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Comfortable working with diverse populations and handling sensitive information with discretion.
* Basic understanding of medical terminology or pharmacy operations is a plus.
