Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to lead high-end, custom home projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep construction knowledge, and a passion for fine detailing and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily field operations and manage entire build processes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure top-quality results.
• Maintain tight control of jobsite safety, quality standards, and budgets.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact timelines or quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of superintendent experience in high-end residential construction.
• Strong background managing high-detail luxury homes and renovations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client interaction skills.
• Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, materials, and finishing standards.
• Proficiency in scheduling, documentation, and site management software.
