HS Girls Tennis Coach

2026-2027 school year

Qualifications:

  • Lead the girls tennis team while aligning instruction and expectations with the overall tennis program philosophy.
  • Teach and reinforce tennis fundamentals and age-appropriate strategies to support long-term athlete development.
  • Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, and coaching staff.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive team environment that promotes athlete well-being and sportsmanship.
  • Foster a positive team culture that values effort, accountability, growth, and teamwork.
  • Plan and conduct purposeful practices and prepare athletes for competition in collaboration with the varsity coaching staff.
  • Model professionalism and engage in ongoing learning to support player and program success

Duties: As normally assigned to the position

Compensation: As per Extra Duty Salary Schedule
