QA Compliance Associate

job summary:
Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is seeking multiple QA Compliance Associate for its Murrysville, PA location. These roles are managing high-volume record-keeping and inventory reconciliation during a large-scale recall project. Key qualifications include 2+ years of experience in documentation, record management, or quality assurance. Proficiency in SAP and Excel is highly preferred. A High School Diploma is required, though an Associate's degree is a plus.

responsibilities:

• Recall & Records Execution: Manages the administrative processing of high-volume delivery holds and recall records, ensuring all documentation meets strict "Due Diligence" and regulatory standards.
  
  
• Inventory Reconciliation: Utilizes SAP to track, reconcile, and update the disposition of physical inventory, ensuring data accuracy between the warehouse floor and quality records.
  
  
• Compliance Documentation: Maintains and audits manufacturing records to ensure strict adherence to Quality Notifications (QN) and Consent Decree requirements within a medical device environment.
  
  
• Data Entry & Reporting: Leverages Excel and SAP to identify inventory trends, log non-conformances, and provide status updates on assigned "cases" to management.
  
  
• Non-Conformance Support: Supports the root cause investigation process by gathering necessary documentation and data for the Material Review Board (MRB) and CAPA teams
