We are currently seeking Part-Time Direct Care Workers / Med Passers to provide compassionate care and daily support to our elderly residents.

Available Shifts

1st Shift (Days)
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
16-24 hours per week
$16.00 per hour

2nd Shift (Evenings)
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
24-32 hours per week
$17.00 per hour

3rd Shift (Nights)
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
24-32 hours per week
$18.00 per hour

Schedules include every other weekend and a holiday rotation.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Administer medications (training provided)
• Follow residents’ individualized care plans and healthcare needs
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• No license required — paid on-the-job training provided
• Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday rotation

Compensation & Benefits
