Location: Montour Falls, NY 14865
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension)
Shift: Evening
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering quality care and supporting patients in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Support implementation of patient care plans
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive care environment
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS – AHA) certification
• Minimum 2+ years of recent LPN experience
