responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive project documentation, including RFIs, RFPs, submittal packages, and closeout checklists to ensure customer and financial commitments are met.
  
  
• Assist with the subcontracting process by generating agreements, organizing critical documentation (e.g., insurance, waivers), and managing invoices and payments.
  
  
• Support new contract setups and manage changes to existing maintenance, service, and retrofit agreements, including labor and material tickets.
  
  
• Update cost scheduling, re-estimates, and project dates in tracking systems, while assisting with material procurement via electronic ordering tools.
  
  
• Coordinate team safety programs, verify monthly training completion, ensure proper safety equipment is available, and perform various administrative duties to support the project management team.
