Responsibilities

• Conduct a high-level review of I-9 documents to ensure 100% compliance with federal regulations
• Utilize UKG/HRIS to track document status, flag missing information, and update employee records
• Maintain organized logs of audit findings to help the team stay "audit-ready" at all times
