Purchasing Representative

As a Purchasing & Inventory Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process and inventory health for our North American headquarters. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless inbound logistics. If you are experienced and interested apply directly.

Responsibilities

Purchasing & Inventory Specialist

  Inventory Strategy: Analyze sales history and forecasts to set optimal min/max levels and reorder points.

  SAP & Data Management: Manage forecast inputs, maintain item/pricing accuracy, and handle ERP invoice entry.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  Procurement: Execute orders based on MRP, historical usage, and current demand.

  Order Oversight: Monitor open vendor orders and expedite deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  Logistics & Quoting: Coordinate inbound shipments (air/sea), track freight costs, and provide sales quotes.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  Cross-Functional Support: Liaison between vendors, sales, and customers to streamline operations.

  Performance Tracking: Monitor inventory turnover by product line and item code.
