Matriarch Home Care Concierge delivers refined, relationshipcentered inhome support for individuals who value discretion, dignity, and exceptional service. We're expanding our care team and inviting experienced, highcaliber caregivers to join us in parttime and PRN roles serving clients throughout Davidson County, Tennessee.

• Service is provided exclusively in Davidson County and nearby areas
• Care is delivered in private residences with an emphasis on respect and professionalism

We prioritize flexibility while maintaining clinical and professional standards.

Available shift opportunities may include:

• Weekday daytime care
• Weekend coverage
• Overnight assignments
• PRN (asneeded) support
• Consistent parttime roles

As an Elite Care Specialist, you'll be entrusted with delivering highquality, individualized care while fostering meaningful, longterm relationships with clients and families. This role is ideal for caregivers who take pride in their work and hold themselves to a higher standard.

• Provide personalized, conciergelevel inhome care
• Assist clients with daily living needs, movement, and overall safety
• Offer companionship, presence, and emotional support
• Monitor and promptly communicate changes in condition or behavior
• Complete accurate and timely care documentation
• Maintain a clean, calm, and respectful home environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally with families and internal care teams
• Represent Matriarch with discretion, courtesy, and integrity at all times

• At least 1 year of caregiving, CNA, or home care experience (strongly preferred)
• Dependable, punctual, and selfdirected
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in client homes
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend availability is a strong plus
