Pharmaceutical Quality Inspector

Are you someone who notices the tiny details others miss? We are looking for a meticulous Pharmaceutical Quality Inspector to serve as the final line of defense in our manufacturing process. In this role, you won’t just be "checking boxes"—you’ll be ensuring that every tablet, vial, and package that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of safety and efficacy. Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a cleanroom environment (requiring full PPE/gowning).
  
  
• Excellent color vision and peripheral vision for visual inspection tasks.

Responsibilities

• In-Process & Final Inspections: Conduct rigorous physical and visual inspections of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
  
  
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all production activities align with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
  
• Documentation: Maintain precise, "audit-ready" records of inspections, batch releases, and deviations.
  
  
• Environmental Monitoring: Assist in monitoring cleanroom conditions, including air quality and surface sampling.
  
  
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials. Work closely with production teams to investigate root causes using tools like CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
