Looking to make serious money this summer while building real-world sales experience?

We are hiring driven, competitive individuals to join our summer sales team as Solar Sales Representatives. This is a high-energy, performance-based role where you’ll develop valuable skills in communication, persuasion, and leadership—all while earning uncapped income.

No prior sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, daily mentorship, and a proven system to help you succeed.

This opportunity requires you to relocate to Pittsburgh for the summer, where housing is fully provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Generate leads and set appointments with homeowners
• Educate potential customers on solar energy benefits
• Work in assigned neighborhoods as part of a team
• Track progress and appointments using our systems
• Continuously improve through training and coaching
