This position is ideal for someone who enjoys advising clients, presenting to groups, and playing a strategic role in retirement plan management, all within a supportive and growing firm.
What You’ll Be Doing - Provide guidance on 401(k) plan design, compliance, and fiduciary oversight
- Deliver engaging presentations to employees and plan participants
- Partner with advisors and TPAs to implement and manage plans
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support annual plan reviews and regulatory requirements
- Assist with enrollment and participant support
- Contribute to plan benchmarking and growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of experience in retirement plans or financial services
• Series 7 and 66 REQUIRED! - Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS, and DOL guidelines
- Comfortable presenting to groups and leading client discussions
- Experience with plan administration, compliance, or design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Series 7/66 preferred (not required)
- Industry certifications are a plus
