The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic licensed psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for helping individuals and families thrive. This role offers the opportunity to provide both therapy and assessment services, with flexibility for those who prefer one area over the other.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults
  • Identify learning, developmental, attentional, emotional, and behavioral challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide individual and family therapy, tailored to the developmental needs of each client
  • Collaborate with parents, schools, pediatricians, and other professionals to ensure integrated care
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and ethical documentation and stay informed on best practices in the field

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Rhode Island (Massachusetts/Connecticut licensure is a plus)
  • Strong assessment and therapy skills, with experience treating learning disorders, anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, and mood disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in private practice or a multidisciplinary setting is a plus
