Your Responsibilities: * Take charge of store operations while on duty, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. * Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, helping them to elevate their customer service skills. * Ensure the store is adequately resourced and stocked to meet customer needs. * Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer experience. * Be flexible and adaptable, working across varying shifts in our 7-day operation. What We’re Looking For: * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * A proactive approach to building strong customer relationships. * The ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. * A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others. * A minimum of 6 months of experience in the Tourism Retail Industry, with the ability to work flexible hours.
