Massage therapist

Knox Rehab Clinic is looking for an additional skilled Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team (acupuncture, chiropractic, physio & exercise rehab). We are not looking for someone who delivers the same back, neck, and shoulder treatment at every session. Instead, we want a therapist who tailors each treatment to the individual needs of the client, considering their condition, complaint, and overall well-being. Contractor Role | 50% Commission This is a contractor position with remuneration starting at 50% of the treatment value—equivalent to approximately $35-$45 per hour. About the Role: 🔹 Hours: These are flexible to suit the right candidate. As a rough guide, I would ideally like someone to join us who can add 10-15 hours per week but this is flexible. 🔹 Room to Grow: There is potential to expand your hours over time. 🔹 High Demand: Our clinical reputation in Dunedin is well established and we have a high demand for our clinics services! What We’re Looking For: - Qualified – RMT Level 6 or 7 preferred (or international equivalent) with at least 12 months workplace experience. - Registered – You must hold or be eligible for Massage New Zealand registration. You will also require your own indemnity insurance. - Passionate – You love what you do and have a clear purpose as a massage therapist. (Tell us more in your application!) - Experienced & Skilled – Able to provide expert, adaptable massage treatments based on the client’s needs. - Team Player – Keen to collaborate and learn from a diverse group of health professionals. Due to the contractor nature of this role, it is not suited to overseas applicants that require an employee position for visa purposes.
