We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and proactive Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator to support the launch of our new location. This hybrid role combines front desk responsibilities with treatment coordination, serving as a key point of contact for patients throughout their experience. Training for this position will be in our Lebanon location.
As part of a well-established, multi-location oral surgery practice, this position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless daily operations, delivering exceptional patient care, and maintaining consistency with company standards across all offices.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk / Administrative Duties
- Greet and check in/check out patients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits
- Verify patient demographics, insurance, and required documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the practice management system
- Collect co-pays, balances, and required out-of-pocket payments
- Ensure the front office remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Treatment Coordination Duties
- Review treatment plans with patients, clearly explaining procedures, timelines, and financial responsibilities
- Present and discuss out-of-pocket costs, financing options, and payment expectations
- Coordinate surgical scheduling and ensure all pre-operative requirements are completed
- Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical staff, and referring offices
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and unscheduled cases
Qualifications
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Strong understanding of insurance verification and treatment planning preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and practice management software
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a patient-first mindset

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
