Job Description:

We are committed to advancing the health and quality of life for individuals with bleeding disorders, and we are seeking a dedicated RN II Clinical professional to join our Hemophilia Center of Western PA team.

    We are looking for an experienced RN II Clinical to provide compassionate, specialized nursing care in a comprehensive healthcare setting. This role is responsible for seeing patients in the Hemophilia clinic, performing phlebotomy, assisting with patient education, and supporting outreach clinics several times a year. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of patients and their families.

    What to Expect:
    Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 5 days in-person at our clinic located in the Oakland neighborhood (Free Parking on-site!)

    Starting Pay: $80k - $90k based on experience

    As an RN II Clinical on our team, you will get to:

    • Provide direct patient care in the Hemophilia clinic, including assessments, education, and follow-up.

    • Perform venipuncture/phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens as needed.

    • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

    • Assist with outreach clinics several times per year, providing care and education to patients in community settings.

    • Support patient and family education regarding bleeding disorders, treatment regimens, and self-care.

    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable clinical protocols, safety standards, and best practices.
