Residence Manager – Staten Island

Hours

Per Diem: 40 hours a week, 24/7 on-call

Description

Provide on-going supervision, training and feedback to direct care
staff to promote effective job performance and skilled care and
treatment of residents. Ensure proper implementation and
documentation of individual treatment plans and group recreational
programming. Ensure that the residence is clean and well maintained
with supplies (food, cleaning supplies, etc.) and that all vehicles and
property are in safe and working order. Ensure residents have
adequate clothing and personal supplies at all times. Complete
monthly, weekly and daily staffing schedules.

Skills Needed

Masters degree in a related field. Experience working
with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Experience working with individuals with autism
preferred. Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Strong supervisory experience. Requires 24/7 on-call
availability.

Pay Rate

$72,000 per year
