Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic leader as aFulfillmentCenter Supervisor for our growing business. In this role, theywillbe responsible formanaging and providing daily supervision toteam members at one of our Fulfillment Centers. This position iskey role within our Fulfillment Center network. Leaders in this role will befocuseddaily on a variety ofFulfillment Center operational activities to include:safety,pick, pack & ship, receiving, execution of our Continuous Improvement process (RBS - Regal Business System), hourly team member development(coaching & accountability), inventory managementandhiring of new team members. The opportunity also exists to engage in or take a leadership role withstrategic projects focused on thelong termsuccess of Regal Rexnord and the Fulfillment Center network.As a leader at Regal Rexnord, you are expected to model our company valuesand be a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
Directs the daily activitieswithinadepartment. Ensures all safety standards and policies are followed. Accountable to ensuretheshipmentof products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and of desired quality.An obstacle remover for frontline team members.
Liaisons withkey stakeholdersto understand current and future shipment needs anddevelopsplans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing activities.
Ensures communication channels areeffectivetoall business partners toinclude:functional leadership,Human Resources, Quality, Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Sales. Ensures strong relationship between Supply Chain and its customers to drive total cost productivity through operational excellence,standardizationand consolidation.
Ensures products and services are delivered to the quality, cost anddeliveryperformance levelsrequired. Focuses on continuous improvement ofshipmentand processes whilemonitoringsafety,speed,costandquality.
Optimizesthe talent within the organizational structure and fosters an environment to promote individual and team growth and career development goals. Attracts,developsandretainsemployees capable of sustaining our position as the leader in customer service and delivery.
Implements policies and procedures to ensure safety, quality,deliveryand cost reduction goals are achieved for the overall facility.
Proactively coordinate with various business divisions to ensure that customers are being serviced according toexpectation.
Responsible foroperatingwithin budget andmonitorsthe cost and effectiveness of distribution activities tooptimizeresources,prioritizesspending, and achieve volume, quality, and distribution standards. Providessupervision and guidance toyourdirect team.
Coordinates all safety initiatives and programs (Safety Training, Safety committee etc.) for warehouse employees.
Drives continuous improvement using tools and activities including: the Regal Business System (RBS)self-assessments,audit processes, Safetyinvestigations, Fulfillment Center KPI'sfocused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth (SQDCG). Leads efforts to develop acultural of highlyengaged business owners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degreedesired; consideration also given toequivalent relatedprofessionalexperience
2 - 5yearsof warehouse,manufacturingand / orlogisticsexperience
Knowledge of environmental/safety regulations and policies
Strong critical reasoning skills with the ability toidentifyand solve problems
Demonstrated abilityimproving engagement withfrontline team members
Ability to analyze dataand provide insights and take actionsleveragingthe Microsoft suite andPowerBI
Demonstrated success usinga balance of data and experienceto make sound decisionsregardingresourceutilizationand needs passionfor teambuilding andimprovingemployee engagement
A resilient leader who consistently delivers on commitments (High say / do)
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Results-oriented, process improvement focused

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
This positionworksin a Warehouse environment typicallyindoors,butmay require access to outdoors for work at times.The position requires a person to be able tofrequentlywalk, stand, bend and twist; see, hear and talk; use fingers and hands, handle or feel controls or product; use hands and arms to reach,holdand carry product.Frequently lifting/moving up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. is required.This position also requires a person to handle different temperatures as the Warehouse is hot in the summer and cooler in the winter. This position mayalsoa person to stand forlong periodsof time, up to 10 hours.
