The Department of Veterinary Diagnostic and Animal Production Medicine invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to conduct advanced 3D organoid cultures and analyses of high‑throughput genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets using open‑source bioinformatics software. The successful candidate will apply bioinformatics algorithms and statistical methods to interpret, analyze, and visualize large‑scale multi‑omics data. Responsibilities include identifying differentially expressed genes, predicting protein–protein interactions, and evaluating functional enrichment. Additional duties include developing and utilizing bioinformatics tools and pipelines to extract biologically meaningful insights from genomic and transcriptomic data and maintaining awareness of emerging methods, tools, and advances in genomics and bioinformatics research.
PhD in Genomics, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, or a related field, and advance level experience in organoid development in livestock species.
