responsibilities:

• Travel to assigned field locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain communication equipment, controllers, and distribution devices.
  
  
• Configure cellular modems, verify device programming, and check settings for battery storage systems and network equipment.
  
  
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, equipment calibration, and materials testing using complex testing equipment and gauges.
  
  
• Maintain and update equipment databases, prepare detailed drawings and layouts, and write technical reports on equipment functionality.
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering and technical services staff to ensure communication integrity, resolve complex problems, and support product development.
