Align Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA) to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

About the Role:
As a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting patient care and ensuring a positive experience in our clinic. This position requires someone who can effectively multitask, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient therapies and clinical support under provider supervision
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Communicate clearly with patients and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area
• Support daily clinic operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping others
• Experience in a medical or chiropractic setting is preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Training & Certification:
An ideal candidate will already be a licensed Tennessee Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA); however, we welcome motivated individuals and will provide comprehensive in-office training along with support in obtaining CTA certification for the right candidate.

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Monday through Thursday

Compensation:

• Pay will be discussed during the interview process
