Facilities Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance tech to support the maintenance and upkeep of our Food  manufacturing facility in Bayshore, NY. This role is critical to ensuring that our facility operates smoothly, safely, and in compliance with GMP standards. Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical,  carpentry, and mechanical components.
  
  
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address issues proactively.
  
  
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Maintain facility equipment and systems, including lighting, boilers, compressors, air handlers, and water systems.
  
  
• Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment for production or facility-related projects.
  
  
• Monitor and maintain compliance with OSHA, FDA, and GMP standards.
