salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Microsoft Office; SAP preferred
• 5+ years Manufacturing preferably Cosmetics Industry
• strong organizational skills
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize job responsibilities • Superb customer service maintenance skills
• Time management abilities
▪ Develop, issue, and have weekly communication with clients utilizing open order reports ▪ Process and manage customer orders from order entry, raw material procurement, planning/production, quality status, and lastly shipment
▪ Verify order accuracy, pricing, lead time and coordinate any necessary changes with clients directly
▪ Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction ▪ Partner with Project Management team following product development to ensure successful transition to replenishment order
▪ Work with various internal departments confirming proper communication, time mgt, documentation, product scheduling, troubleshoot issues & finalize orders.
▪ Manage customer complaint flow from entry, return, rework, and shipment ▪ Other duties as assigned.
