Responsibilities - What you’ll do

What you will do:

  • Retrieve files from a shared network drive for statewide and external stakeholders.
  • Process confidential documents in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist and educate our stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Review and provide quality assurance for externally scanned documents and request rescans as necessary.
  • Assist with documenting, storing, retaining, and destroying paper documents.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed.)

Desired Attributes

  • Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established policies and procedures.
  • Ability to be highly motivated and work as part of a diverse team.
  • Ability to quickly learn new applications/systems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.
  • Ability to complete assignments accurately within specified timeframes.
