We're looking for ambitious people to work with ambitious kids.
Most ABA companies will tell you they're different.
The difference shows up in the details: no surprise billing tasks dropped in your lap, no rigid schedules handed down from above, and no feeling like just another name on a caseload list.
We're growing our Colorado team — and because the Colorado team is still relatively small, it's easy to connect with every member of the company and get answers from the right person quickly. That's not a phase we're trying to grow out of. It's who we are.
What you'll actually be doing:
You'll carry your caseload the way you know how to carry it. BCBAs here have full autonomy over their cases — assessments, goals selected, hours recommended backed by a team that's genuinely in your corner. You'll conduct assessments, build individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families — all in the natural setting where kids actually live their lives (home and school-based).
Why BCBAs choose Ambitions:
You set your schedule. Choose your own hours to fit your life, whether that means part-time or full-time — you have complete control.
Admin handles the admin. Our admins take the burden of billing off your hands so you can focus on what you do best: working with kids.
Real support, not lip service. The best thing is the support and sense of camaraderie — staff always feel comfortable reaching out to peers or supervisors, and everyone is very active and responds quickly.
Room to grow. There is always room for growth within Ambitions, whether it's moving into senior positions or beyond.
Keep your credentials sharp. CEU credits are offered to help you sharpen your skills and keep your credentials up to date.
Competitive pay + benefits. Competitive compensation includes a 401k and health insurance.
You're a fit if you...
Hold your BCBA certification (or BCaBA under supervision)
Are passionate about naturalistic, family-centered ABA
Want to work for a company that actually feels like a team — not a corporation
Thrive with autonomy and don't need a script to do good clinical work
Are based in or willing to work in Colorado
The mission behind the work:
We know it takes the dedication of every team member to realize our mission of empowering children with autism to reach their full potential.
Colorado's mountains are full of kids with big ambitions of their own. Come help them reach the summit.
