Pre-School Gymnastics Coordinator (Full-Time)

Job Description

Job Description

An established multi-activity center located in the beautiful Belle Meade area of Nashville is seeking positive, self-motivated, and energetic individuals who have a passion for working with kids.

The Pre-School Gymnastics Coordinator leads and oversees the Mini Movers program, serving as both a curriculum leader and culture builder. This role ensures classes are developmentally appropriate, safe, structured, fun, and clearly progressive — while delivering an exceptional parent experience that drives retention and long-term enrollment.

The Coordinator is responsible for curriculum implementation, coach training, class quality control, enrollment growth, parent communication, and progress tracking. This role requires high energy, strong organization, attention to detail, and a deep love for early childhood development.

While a candidate with preschool gymnastics coaching is preferable, it is not required. We encourage anyone with Early Childhood Development experience to apply!

  • Build clear skill progressions aligned with long-term gymnastics pathways.
  • Create and maintain skill trees within iClass for progress tracking.

  • Drive retention strategies (progress visibility = confidence = enrollment).

Enrollment & Growth

  • Monitor class sizes and waitlists.
  • Collaborate on marketing efforts, promotions, and trial conversions.
  • Help create preschool events, camps, and special programs.
  • Analyze retention metrics and recommend improvements.
