We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to support departmental leadership in managing administrative operations, developing programs, and driving operational efficiency. This role will focus on strategic planning, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide advisory and technical support to departmental leadership
- Assist in managing administrative functions, policies, and procedures
- Support development and implementation of new programs, systems, and processes
- Conduct research, data analysis, and present actionable recommendations
- Lead and support special projects based on operational needs
- Develop short- and long-term plans to meet organizational goals
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations
- Represent leadership in meetings, committees, and workgroups
- Oversee, coordinate, and evaluate staff or project teams
Option 1:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in program development, systems management, or administrative operations
- At least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role

Option 2:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
