Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
- Perform data entry to support accounting functions including invoices and payments
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office communications
- Help maintain a clean and organized front office environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of administrative, front desk, or accounting support experience preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished demeanor
This is an onsite role in Nashua, NH. Compensation is up to $22/hr DoE.
