User Interface and Experience Designer

Job Description

Location: Remote

Pay: $40- $50 USD Hourly.

Project Duration: 1 Week starting 4/20/2026. 8 hours daily.

About the Role

Innodata is seeking a UI/UX Designer to simulate the design function within a product team. You will create and present design concepts, contribute to discussions, and collaborate with product and engineering to refine user experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and client teams, to solve complex problems, reduce human effort, and ensure that AI-driven processes meet high standards for quality and reliability. Your work will directly contribute to improving our client's data annotation and evaluation processes, enabling them to scale more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create basic design artifacts (mockups, flows, concepts)
  • Present and explain design decisions in team meetings
  • Collaborate with product and engineering on feasibility and UX tradeoffs
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback
  • Contribute to documentation and discussions


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma or similar)
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Minimum Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields like Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Computer Science or a related field.
