Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in landscape maintenance and construction estimating. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project performance, and supporting sales growth through accurate estimating and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Conduct site visits and assess property needs
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for maintenance and enhancement projects
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities (enhancements, upgrades, seasonal work)
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and profitability
• Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or related field
• Proven experience with estimating (materials, labor, equipment)
• Strong understanding of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape construction practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Valid driver’s license
