What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate all administrative and clerical functions for the plant
  • Prepare and manage business documents including quotes, reports, and correspondence
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the plant, corporate teams, and external partners
  • Oversee daily administrative processes such as credit applications, cash sales, and account management
  • Compile reports, reconcile data, and maintain accurate operational records
  • Support leadership with research, data analysis, and special projects
  • Help interpret and apply company policies and procedures with sound judgment

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical field, or related experience
  • 2+ years of administrative or office management experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in office systems and general administrative processes
