Responsibilities and Skills:

· Install, rekey, and troubleshoot commercial door hardware, including locks and key systems, to meet our clients' security needs.

· Apply strong diagnostic skills to resolve security door hardware issues efficiently.

· Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members to deliver excellent service.

· Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of locksmith or equivalent experience preferred

· Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools; welding experience is a plus.

· Strong troubleshooting abilities and a self-motivated approach to task completion.

· Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Ability to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card (P.E.R.C.) in Illinois.
