HR Administrator – Contract – 100% Onsite (Blaine, MN)
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer in Blaine, MN, in their search for a Temporary HR Records Specialist to support a critical I-9 audit and file digitization initiative.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience, including hands-on work with I-9 compliance. Strong attention to detail and experience with document audits, recordkeeping, and file organization are essential. This role also supports recruitment efforts, including interview scheduling and onboarding. It’s well-suited for an early-career HR professional who thrives in a structured, compliance-focused environment and can handle confidential information with discretion.
