Due to continued growth in the commercial sector, Building Control Solutions Ltd is looking for a self-motivated, punctual person who has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Key requirements include, but are not limited to: * Full-time availability, with an immediate start preferred * Experience in the commercial sector or E4M * Experience in running jobs and delegating a team * Team management * Confidence in reading, interpreting, and applying information from drawings and plans * Strong communication and customer service skills * A strong commitment to Health & Safety * A current, clean New Zealand driver’s licence * A current electrical licence * A Site Safe passport * Work van and phone provided, a great active social club.
