Position SummaryThe College is seeking part-time non-credit lecturers who are passionate about
inspiring and preparing the next generation of
Green Workforce and Sustainability professionals. Whether you're recently

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Director or designee, the non-credit lecturer is
accountable for the effective performance in these essential duties:
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching courses within
the assigned discipline area in accordance with institutional standards
- Evaluating and assessing student learning
outcomes
- Providing student support, mentoring, and academic advising
- Developing curriculum and periodically reviewing and
updating instructional materials
Minimum Qualifications:Successful Candidate must have or must possess:
- Current
Industry Certification in the field you are applying to.
- Related work experience in the field you are applying to.
- Ability
to present curriculum in a classroom or lab environment.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse academic,
socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written
communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Additional
qualifications may be requested, as relevant to the academic department.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience
teaching in workforce development, adult education, continuing education, or non-credit training programs, particularly in short-term
certificate or credential-aligned programs.
- Experience designing or delivering customized training programs (onsite, online, or
hybrid).
- Knowledge of the current industry trends and workforce needs
- Two (2) or more years of practical experience in the
field for which you are applying with an understanding of industry credentialing or licensure
requirements.
