About the Role:
WETYS Asset Recovery is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Lot Attendant to support daily operations at our West Milwaukee location. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant environment for our field agents, clients, and transport partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure lot at all times
- Review vehicle intake, such as documented condition reports and photos
- Assist with moving, staging, and organizing vehicles and personal property
- Support field agents and transporters with check‑ins and releases
- Ensure all units are properly tagged, logged, and stored according to company procedures
- Monitor lot activity and report any issues, safety concerns, or unauthorized access Follow all compliance, safety, and chain‑of‑custody standards required in the asset recovery industry
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a must
- Prior experience in towing, repossession, automotive, or lot management is a plus but not required Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.
