REQUIRED TO APPLY:

• Experience with bidding – estimating software
• Project experience to include commercial and industrial systems
• Working knowledge of electrical installation, estimating techniques, and cost control
• Ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems
• Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines
• Stable work history
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen/random periodic screens

Electrical Junior Estimator Duties & Responsibilities

· Will be required to read blueprints, review bid documents and specifications for accuracy/discrepancies.

· Responsible for performing complete take offs and participating in project turn over.

· Required to attend scope review meetings.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized.

Preferred but Not Necessary

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an electrical estimating with an electrical contractor

· Journeyman License or Degree
