Job Type: Temporary / On-Call | 8–10 hr shifts | Weekly pay

About the role: Delta Reliable Maintenance Corp is a NYC-based building services company with 20+ years in the field. We are actively building a ready roster of professional building staff for immediate deployment across Manhattan and Brooklyn residential and commercial properties.

If you are reliable, presentable, and available to start on short notice — we want to hear from you now, before positions fill.

Open positions:

• Porter / Building Cleaner — daily cleaning, trash removal, common area upkeep
• Lobby Attendant — front desk, tenant assistance, visitor management
• Fire Guard — fire watch, FDNY compliance
• Field Supervisor — oversight of multiple buildings, daily reporting to management (2+ years experience required)

What we're looking for:

• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable — must be reachable and able to report within 24–48 hours
• Background check required
• Fire Guard applicants must have valid, current FDNY certification
• Building experience a plus but not required for porter/lobby roles
