Owner's Representative Project Manager

Job Description

Insight Global's top data client is seeking an Owner's Rep (OR) Project Manager who will be responsible for the data center construction project from inception through to completion. Responsibility includes the safety, quality, schedule, and budget of the individual builds happening at a greenfield campus. Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facilities. Maintain responsibility from construction to deployment and be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs. Resolve highly critical issues within the matrix organization while maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines and costs.

PR: $82-90/hr

Hyperscale data center experience or mission critical (power plant, gas & oil, semiconductor, utilities)

Safety certifications or safety audit experience
